My name is Aretha Fung-A-Wing, I was born in Paramaribo, Suriname but raised in South Florida. I have an Associates degree in Business Administration from Broward College. I am currently a junior at Florida International University and I am pursing a Bachelors in Construction Management. I am very much interested in project development and the inner workings of planning the construction of any structure, I'd like to be apart of the business aspect of the industry. My dream is to build an NFL stadium and to become the first African American woman to own a professional football team and stadium in the National Football League. I am a firm believer in "speaking it into existence," as my faith in God is my guiding force and in everything I do. I would love to be apart of the greater good and give back to my community by creating jobs, educating our youth, and so much more. Success isn't contained to financial wealth, it's not when an individual has accomplished his/her goals, but it's when you've broken barriers and with a pure heart have helped others succeed. Being successful is not being selfish.

Raynelle Grace is President and CEO of Abex Systems, a technology consulting firm with federal government contracts. Abex Systems merges Raynelle’s engineering background with her business savvy to help large corporations and government clients achieve cost savings and process efficiencies, often via information technology automation. On one project, she helped a client save over $13M in one year by streamlining their technology purchases. Through Abex, 

Raynelle also helps other small businesses learn how to pursue government contracts. Raynelle is also Managing Director of Rdeans Realty. Her firm provides real estate sales and property management services. She is affiliated as an Associate Agent with Redfin Corporation, a real estate company that is changing the game in real estate by using technology and transparency to delight its customers.

Raynelle received her undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia; her master’s degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University; and her graduate certificate in Budge & Finance from Georgetown University. In parallel with running her thriving businesses, she is also currently working on her Master of Business Administration at The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania).

Thea Browne-Dennis is the founder of Asli Pure Natural Body Care a ritual skin care line that has steadily been gaining popularity in the Washington Metropolitan Area . Shantay is an expert in personnel management and organizational development.  She has extensive experience in human resources and strategic organizational improvement, along with a highly successful track record through her career creating and implementing learning and development solutions. As Principal Consultant, Dr. Bolton is responsible for partnering with client’s to implement change initiatives; provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in consultation with strategic business partners; and coaching project leaders internally and externally on HR and organization development tools, techniques and approaches. The scope of responsibilities include personnel management, training & development, project management and technology implementation.

Shantay has facilitated leadership development, talent management trainings and supported Six Sigma projects through organizational development strategies as an internal consultant for BASF (formerly Engelhard), O’Neal Steel, MailSouth and Teledyne.  As an external consultant, Dr. Bolton has delivered or supervised technical training and project management for Harris Corporation; City of Hickory, NC; City of Montgomery, AL; Spaulding County, GA; Jackson Electric Membership Corporation and The Institute of Organizational Development. She has taught courses on cultural diversity, psychology/human development, interpersonal and workplace communication at DeVry University, Palm Beach State College and Argosy University.
