Long time no talk! We discuss mental health issues and our own personal experiences with it. We understand this episode may be TMI for some people, but we feel that it is important to be more open about mental health and by opening up we are hoping to shed some light on this important matter and that it shouldn’t be something to be frowned upon and ashamed about. We give some advice on what helps us personally with issues such as anxiety and stress and discuss our new year's resolutions for 2022! Happy New Year and below we have some mental health resources for anyone who may need it.
