In this long delayed and last episode for the year, I recap on this year's accomplishments and the future of motivational monday show. Love Thy Neighbor is a friendly reminder that in this life we all live in, it is important to remember that is not all about us, but about all of us. Putting differences, prejudices, and misunderstanding aside for us to become more united is simply to love thy neighbor. Wishing you a happy new years!

For today's MOMO, I want to remind you to not forget about yourself. As givers, we give freely to what see value in, whether its a job, family member, friend, or lover. We give so much of our value to all these factors, that we forget to refill the cup that we are giving from. How do fill this up, why do we feel like "where do we go from here?", the solution is to remember yourself.

Volume 2 has began, and I am back!!! Kicking off with a reminder that you are enough. We often become down on ourselves because we are not where we think we should be or not what others expect, but guess what, its not about that. When you remind yourself that you are enough, then that is all that matters. You have one life to live, so instead of focusing on the wrong, start being thankful for the things you are and have.

In this season finale of MOMO, I talk about Bridges and how we all are a bridge for someone/s. We also need to realize that a bridge is not a door mat, it is a path that we create for others. Being a bridge is not at all a selfish reality, but a selfless one. What kind of bridge are you? If you wish for me to elaborate more on this topic, please let me know.
