لماذا نشعر ان طاقتنا مستنزفة و لا نملك الجهد الكافي لاتمام اعمالنا و قضاء حاجات حياتنا ؟

Why do we feel that our energy is depleted and  we do not have enough effort to complete our work and meet the needs of our life?

كثيرا ما نحاول ارضاء غيرنا على حساب انفسنا ,  هل نحن مدركين باننا نلغي ذاتنا و هل هذا ما يجب ان  يحدث ؟ 

We often try to please others at the expense of ourselves. Are we aware that we are self-canceling and is this what should happen?
