Jim's wife sent him a podcast today from 'Living Myth' by Michael Meade. He listened to it prior to recording so that the two could break down their takeaways for this episode. What does your relationship with story say about you? The parts of a story that resonate most with a person is a treasure trove for self discovery. Jim answers questions about his current take on what his life is all about and where it should go from here. We learn that he's a bit adverse to quest for meaning type things and thus there is reluctance to engage much with this topic. So, in the spirit of fairness, his wife shares her ideas on all the same things. Enjoy.

Have you heard of Ordinal Linguistic Personification? Its a form of synesthesia, it's rare, and it's pretty cool. Despite the fact that it's known prevalence is low (some sources estimate about 4% of the general population has some form of synesthesia-google it) there are four of us in this family that 'have' it and today, we sit down and share our stories...just for the fun of it.

Jim and his stepfamily just returned from their spring break vacation in Cancun, Mexico! They have returned to the US fully bronzed and not without some lingering battle wounds with Montezuma's Revenge. What is your relationship with Holden Caulfield? What does that say about you?
