An urgent need exists for innovative solutions to train and empower youth since traditional educational solutions do not work. In 2019, TRACE invested in research and design to find the right solution for the education and employability of young people in Africa. This led to the launch of the Trace Academia application. A free learning application with five simultaneous dimensions: job expertise, entertainment, interactivity, content localization and linkage with industry. The platform improves work-based skills, increases the ability of young people to earn a living and drives the inclusivity of marginalized youth in the mainstream economy. This series seeks to explore solutions to challenges while shining a light on unsung heroes.

Hey, thank you for taking tine to visit this page.
in this episode, season 3 ep 2, I explore toxic masculinity and black male vulnerability. This episode, was informed by an experience I recently had while trying to open up to a friend. From the experience it became clear that men being in touch with their feelings isn't common.
The ladies within my circle often say, 'I would appreciate my man being comfortable around me and be vulnerable'.
Question is, 'how do you react when he shows slightest bit of vulnerability?'
I guess the other question is, 'are you willing to walk with your man through that journey of self discovery?'
#African #men aren't familiar with their emotions. or how to express themselves sharing what they feel or how they feel.
Well, this episode explores a bit of this and offers a few pointers. I will be happy to hear your thoughts.

We are often told that ignorance is bliss. But what if living ignorantly means that we do not get to explore the person that lives within and is yearning to come out. In this episode, I share my story and try to challenge you to take a trip down memory lane.
Throughout this season, and through this podcast, I have been finding myself. With each episode, I explored an experience or a feeling that crept up on me within the week. This randomness allowed me to invite you to walk with me and help me grow. Fear kept me away but by mastering a bit of courage, I was able to get to this point with you. This episode is the end of the 'randomness' and the beginning of a more structured podcast.
In this episode, I revisit my path and try to make sense of it.
