Heath Brown is an Executive Director in CommBank’s Innovation Labs, responsible for developing strategies and programs to make innovation accessible for bank staff, business clients and the broader community.

These programs are aimed at building out world class innovation capabilities and innovation culture within CommBank, and then to share these assets (eg IP, programming, content, learnings, business plans, centre of excellence expertise) with the broader business community.

Heath’s background spans across roles in Go To Market & Strategy, Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy and institutional advisory and consulting before focussing on the groups innovation strategy in 2016 to now. Outside of corporate, Heath is an elite sporting coach, and his passion is driving greater participation and equality for women in sport!
