It was amazing to sit down with a good friend of mine Rayner this week. We spoke about Rayner’s time being in the fitness industry and how she made her transition to veganism. It’s a very enlightening episode where she recommends some books and documentaries and we also get an exclusive insight into her brand new app ‘Plant Based Directory’.

“Plant Based Directory aims to unite plants with people in every way, shape and form. As the only Directory dedicated to conscious living, PBD promises to only ever showcase independent businesses that are 100% Plant Based/Vegan.” 

Rayner tells us how she got the idea to start the app and what she plants to include in the future.
