The theme for this episode is transformation. 
As I come to the end of an era in Liverpool Podcast Studios and begin to set up my very own studio in The Nakery I give a reflection on the journey so far. I also talk about what’s been going on for me at the moment in all aspects of my life.

It was an honour to sit down with Lewis Powell this week a Shamanic healer and Kambo practitioner who works with various plant medicines. It was amazing to sit down with a good friend of mine Rayner this week. We spoke about Rayner’s time being in the fitness industry and how she made her transition to veganism. It was really incredible to sit down with a good friend of mine Sonny Love this week. We spoke about Sonny's journey to live a more conscious and fulfilled life, and how he feels most connected when travelling and wild camping out in nature. It was really refreshing to sit down with the beautiful Nadia, such a passionate person who is raising awareness for real and difficult issues happening in our world right now. Nadia is the owner of Manira Palm Marrakech- an elegant eco villa that combines luxury and authenticity- you will experience the real Morocco as you are immersed into the local culture with food, decor and artisan produce and then you can put your feet up and relax in their gorgeous surroundings at the villa where everything is eco-friendly. It was so lovely to sit down with the beautiful Imogen Townley and her adorable little dog Bruno who she rescued all the way from Thailand. Imogen was extremely open and vulnerable telling me about her huge journey and transformation from showbiz to spirituality. We talked about everything from mental health to self-healing with plant medicines and I even had the honour of hearing Imogen's first live performance of her song "Don't Jump" a song she wrote from her higher to her lower self during a dark time in her life. Imogen shares her future plans with me on how she is going to reconnect with nature by traveling in her new camper van and becoming self-sustainable.
