It was an honour to sit down with Rebecca Stewart this week who has been a massive inspiration in my journey connecting to my divine feminine. We spoke about yoga, womb healing, Bec's spiritual journey and also plant based living and how powerful that is. Towards the end of the episode Bec chats about her future plans and how she is taking her programmes and ceremonies online, shedding some authentic light into social media which can be a very dark place sometimes.
