It was so lovely to sit down with the beautiful Imogen Townley and her adorable little dog Bruno who she rescued all the way from Thailand. Imogen was extremely open and vulnerable telling me about her huge journey and transformation from showbiz to spirituality. We talked about everything from mental health to self-healing with plant medicines and I even had the honour of hearing Imogen's first live performance of her song "Don't Jump" a song she wrote from her higher to her lower self during a dark time in her life. Imogen shares her future plans with me on how she is going to reconnect with nature by traveling in her new camper van and becoming self-sustainable.
