Namibia is mourning the loss of its founding father and former President, Sam Nujoma. He passed away at the age of 95 at the weekend. Nujoma led Namibia's fight for independence from South Africa, achieving victory in 1990. He co-founded the South West Africa People's Organisation (SWAPO) in 1960, and became its first president. As the country reflects on his legacy, Elvis Presslin spoke to Namibian Political Analyst, Rui Tyitende, to share his insights on Nujoma's impact on Namibia's struggle for independence and his enduring influence on the country's politics
