Elissa Lewin describes herself as a "serial caregiver". She helped her son overcome his learning disabilities and finish school. She cared for both her mother and father-in-law. And she battled cancer. She gets it.
Nancy’s House will give you the tools and strategies you need to stay strong and healthy while caring for your loved ones. Their programs, community-building, and advocacy break the isolation and exhaustion of caregiving.
Nancy’s House gives you the chance to step out of your stressful lives. You can connect with others walking the same path. See what it feels like to let go. They empower you to pay attention to your own needs and learn skills to stay calm and healthy.
Nancy’s House creates the opportunity for experiential, long-lasting learning. They don’t just give advice or tell you what to do. They work with you. They help you experience true connection, relaxation, and renewal.
Nancy's House offers several ways for you to help yourself. This includes conferences, retreats, workshops, speakers, and support groups. Fees are on a sliding scale and scholarships may be available. Nancy's House is a nonprofit. The ONLY way they are able to offer these programs is through the continued generosity of donors.
