In episode 2 of #GetJasched, I sit down to speak with Naomi Henderson, an eLearning developer and learning designer with 15 years of experience in the education industry.

This ep sees us explore how Naomi's growth in understanding true leadership and communication has allowed her to step out of the 'this is how we've always done it' model of life, and into one that is more aligned to who she is, and inspiring for those who are around her. She's super lovely to talk to and hear from, but what she shares also shows us that leaders are grown, not born, and it's not out of the realm of reach for anyone, no matter where your mindset starts.
