Oh my gawd. Did I do it? Yeeesss I didt!! I've NEVER had an open conversation about this topic. I've never openly expressed myself about how I feel about being black either!!! So. Here we go!!! This is a very touchy subject so some egos might get touched. It's ok. Yaw be alright. More importantly, can we talk about it? Can we come together and heal through these traumas that are laced within our DNA? What does it even mean to be black and how important is it that we know what "blackness" is? I wanna hear from YOU. 

It is, and isn't what it sounds like. Yes I was diagnosed with all three. No, this episode is not sad, however, because I briefly talk about suicide, there is a trigger warning. This is a more personal episode about my mental health experience, how I survived depression, and thriving. Remember, we are constantly healing, growing, and evolving. Give yourself grace!! And don't forget to breathe!!!

The EGO death can feel very much like you're literally dying but in actuality it's part of divine alignment. It's a part of our releasing old ways of thinking and processing in order to create space and make way to being the best version of ourselves.
