When you feel separated from God, keep in mind that faith is not a feeling, it is a firm commitment to put your trust in God and His Word and to surrender to His will.

When we have a close relationship with Jesus Christ, this gives us the courage, strength, faith and love to live boldly and fearlessly for His glory and Kingdom.

As we draw closer to Jesus Christ and absorb His Word, it becomes more natural for us to love those who are even different from ourselves and for God to use us to draw them to Him.

Real faith interrupts convenience; it changes schedules, priorities and habits; it pushes believers beyond passive religion into visible obedience to Jesus Christ.

When we substitute performance for transformation, rules for relationship, and religion for the real work of the Holy Spirit, we become the very thing that pushes people away from God.

To be a spirit-filled church and have an upper-room experience, we must immerse ourselves in prayer, surrender, and preparation just as the disciples did before Pentecost.

God does not play favorites! All people are of equal importance. And followers of Jesus DO NOT play favorites! We are ONE in Christ!

Making disciples is about mentoring people into being followers of Jesus.

When our faith is tested and we face the fiery fire, Jesus Christ will always be there with us.
