Silence. Very hard to find in our world. Noise everywhere all the time. Even at the grocery store, the management seems compelled to play music as you shop. They think it helps sell food, I suppose.

Not a nice word - delinquency. We don't want our kids to be delinquent. But we do see it all the time in our world. Perhaps we can help parents who need help in parenting. But we all need to know the value of training a child appropriately. Here's a short message.

This is a bit late this morning. The Air Conditioning here in SWFL went out at our house and the repair man was here. They had to order parts. And it's going to be a hot day. But we are to praise the Lord in all things. Right?

Are you sensing God is calling you to do something for Him? He doesn't seem to call only the young and the available. He seems to call all of us to do something for Him. And in doing so, it's a great calling to serve the Lord in His ministry.

When Philip met the Ethiopian, he asked him "do you understand what you are reading?" The reply was "How can I, if no one explains it to me?" How can we expect the world to learn about Jesus if we don't actively participate in the explanation of who Jesus is? Today we pose a challenge....are you up to it?
