Narcissist is a term that I hear a lot from people before I start mediation.

because often people are just selfish, self-involved, or angry about a separation or
situation.

is self-focused, defensive, or unwilling to take responsibility.

1. Don’t take the bait. If they provoke, you don’t need to react.
2. Stay neutral. Keep your tone calm and your language focused.
3. Set clear boundaries. You don’t have to justify them, just stick to them.
4. Get support. With a mediator or therapist.
