Hesed mentioned over 200 times in the Bible, understanding hesed as nature of God helps us enjoying all processes in our lives better.

The process comes with salvation - justification, sanctification, and glorification. We cannot skip the process as the only way for us to live our redeemed lives is by trusting God's process and going through it with Him all the way.

When facing process and uncertainty, we tend to seek something that is predictable and certain. This comes at a cost of our faith, as we define God as we want, unknowingly we are creating imaginary gods that give us false comfort. 

There are times when we feel like we are free falling - nothing motivates, energizes, or satisfies us anymore. This is not a time to question our faith and our maturity, we can see it as an invitation to trust the process, and get into deeper relationship with God instead. 

 When we go astray, away from our shepherd, we can learn from the Psalm that God disciplined us, God teaches us, and God protects us even when we go through valley of the death. This is the good news that we need amidst the darkest season in our lives. 

Gospel brings good news that we are justified, sanctified, and glorified. Thus as sinners who were blind, mute, deaf and disabled, our lives should be governed by Gospel of Jesus Christ. One of the main traits of the forgiven, then, is to release forgiveness. 

There are times when we feel like darkness surrounds us and we are abandoned by all people around us - this Gospel brings good news that it was never the case, as God is with us and for us.
