Natasha Benjamin is the founder and director of Free Your Mind CIC, a self care coach and author. Free Your Mind provides Child Domestic Violence & Mental Health support and raises awareness. Natasha was named Inspirational Woman Of The Year at ITV’S 2019 Women Of The Year Awards.
