About Natasha:

Natasha Collins is a chartered surveyor specializing in property investment strategy for commercial and residential properties, asset management and lease advisory. She’s a property investor, founder of her own firm of surveyors NC Real Estate, which includes it’s Members Club for property investors who want to build profitable property portfolios that align with their goals. She’s also the host of The NC Podcast and a lecturer at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM). Her goal is to make sure investors build the right portfolio that suits their needs and in a way that means they can make good money whilst offering tenants, both commercial and residential, safe comfortable accommodation
