Nate and Bethany Smith, AKA Your CashFlow Couple, are passionate about helping people increase their financial intelligence by bringing the secrets of the wealthy to the masses and putting their clients back in the driver seat of their finances.    They are financial services entrepreneurs and multi-family real estate investors. Their mission is to inspire others, especially couples,  to reach for their dream and to help entrepreneurs start and scale their own financial services businesses and create generational wealth through entrepreneurship and investing in multi-family real estate.     Nate’s background includes 13 years in the Air Force and currently serves part-time in the Air National Guard as a pilot.   Bethany has a background in residential real estate sales where she developed a strong interest in and passion for Multi-Family real estate. She transitioned at the beginning of 2019 into Multi-Family Investing. She is also on the leadership team for an international meetup organization focused on Multifamily Real Estate Investing; Multi-Family Masters.
