Nate Hoffman, a sophomore left-handed pitcher at Bethany Lutheran College, joins Episode 63 of The Layback Podcast. After suffering a UCL tear early in his freshman season, Hoffman committed to the long road of rehab with one goal in mind: returning to the mound. This season, he not only made it back, but earned starts during a run that led to a conference championship and an NCAA Division III Regional appearance.
