In this episode I talk about my personal experience growing up at a Christian High School specifically in regards to the clash between science and traditional religious belief. I talk about young earth creationism vs old earth creationism and the false problem this debate has generated. I propose an alternative way to look at issue that takes into account historical context as well as the complexity of religious texts. Perhaps we can have our cake and eat it too as the phrase goes.
