This is my final episode for now. I conclude with some of my thoughts and feelings on the topics, along with touching on some of the previous interviews and how they connect to my research and personal experiences. I have used a bit of the Phenomenological Tradition in terms of the lens through which I have explored the experiences of people's grief processes and the ways in which they cope.
Being able to have an interview/discussion format where we are able to entertain and educate in that same space was great to discover and be able to find my own voice and cadence when it comes to that area. Your Story and Perspective Matters. I appreciate those that have listened and/or shared this with others that may be able to find some help, advice, or perspective.

Feel free to reach out to me if this has helped at all, if you would want me to change up the format, or if you would want to be on as a guest at a later date.
In this episode, I have a discussion with my Nonverbal Communication Professor Tom Lobaugh regarding Grief and its wide range of impacts that it can have on an individual, community, and Society as we have gone through COVID and the repercussions that have come from it. We go over and try to connect his experience and expertise with things that may help the listener like coping mechanisms, traditions surrounding and various nonverbal tells that can hopefully help you as you engage with others. It was quite an enlightening experience and a delightful conversation on the human experience and how we are best able to navigate those difficulties with people that care for us as we evolve with the times and different encounters we can have.

For this episode, I interview my cousin and good friend Caleb Davidson on his experiences with Grief and Loss and what has brought him peace and comfort in those darker times. Being able to connect and engage with the present and those feelings that come from drastic change is something we bring up and discuss in this conversational interview where we draw upon some research and personal research regarding this topic.
This is an introduction and pilot episode for my Senior Seminar Applied Project surrounding Grief and my research surrounding it. Over the course of the last 4 months, I have delved into research surrounding the impact that profound loss of different kinds can have on an individual and the communities and people that are close to them. Grief has a profound impact on our minds, body, and our brains, so I hope this podcast is able to destigmatize and help those that are going through this difficult and often incredibly isolating experience. I hope to tie in my difficult personal experiences along with some of my learning throughout my college career to provide additional resources and help to those that need it.

Personalities in the workplace can have an invisible effect on how we go about a massive part of our lives. How we interact with our tasks, coworkers, and the challenges that can come from certain positions or jobs can often come back to personality typing and how things are implemented. New Workplaces are providing personality testing in order for job placement or the hiring process. How things have been in the past, are currently, and for the future are all very important.
