Do you feel like you are a nobody? Do you wonder how God could use you for something significant? I don’t know God's plans for you, but I do know that God uses unexpected people in a great way.

Yesterday I began to talk about one of the most difficult realities in the Bible. And, today, I hope to finish that up. We were focusing on the job that King Saul was asked to do in 1 Samuel 15:1-3. Many people are offended and upset at verses like these. And, I understand why they are. I’m upset by them as well. Today, I will finish up, and I hope it helps you.

Yesterday we looked at the disappointment over King Saul in 1 Samuel. Today, we are doing to look at one of the specific examples of why King Saul was a disappointment. But, we are not going to focus on him. We are going to focus on the job he was asked to do

Yesterday we looked at 1 Samuel 8 where Israel is demanding a king in rejection of God’s leadership through Samuel. Israel gets a king, and in the next few chapters we see how that king performs, and it is a disappointment.

It is an awful feeling to feel rejected by others. Here are some words of hope for those who are feeling this right now.
