Today I go over your options of retirement! Don’t think your only option is to retire at the age of 67 and then live a sad 10+ years. Make today and the rest of your life the golden years! Invest in yourself and your dreams not your employers dreams! Take mini retirements and work longer instead of working shorter but living a miserable end to your life. You have options! Look them all over! Don’t have any regrets!

Today, I talked about how being on time is important as well as how important connecting with like minded people is! I wish I would’ve had more time with my customer but I feel as if I got a good amount of time! It’s all about who you know in the business realm!

Today, I talk about how I think knowledge is power! Reading has become one of my favorite pastimes and I want to inspire you to do the same! Reading has expanded my horizons great amounts! I prefer business books but to each their own. If I can inspire you to start reading, I’d be greatly honored! I hope you enjoy!

Today, I talked about how the cash buyers have so much more leverage in a deal than the sellers do. If the buyer doesn’t like something about the deal, they will find a way out of it! Keep that in mind when you go out and make your next purchase or your next sale! Best of luck to you guys!

Today I went on a short rant about why 9-5’s can be stressful. I firmly believe everyone should give entrepreneurship a shot! It truly humbles you and it makes you realize how much freedom can truly be attained. Plus you get to do what you love when you want to! Where can you go wrong? People do need to have a great work ethic to be successful though so if you aren’t willing to work then don’t go through with it!
