Last night, close than 20,000 individuals lost power. According to MLGW, the outage was caused by three substations’ multiple circuit breakers tripping. Although he was unsure if the winds caused lines to touch, MLGW President Doug McGowen reported that wind gusts on Monday exceeded 30 mph.
