Mr. Alexander is representing doctors from across Canada who have been charged with spreading misinformation and harming the public by making comments that are contrary to the public narrative around COVID-19. They are being charged by the regulatory colleges in their provinces for not following a statement (policy or guideline) put in place by the College of Physicians.

Ms. Petite is a corrections officer that has a disability which makes her unable to wear a mask, due to a car accident in 2018 which disabled her. She suffers from PTSD from the accident and has been in trauma therapy for five years as a result. She was given a medical exemption from masking.

Laura Jeffery is a 27-year licensed funeral director who details what she has seen in the embalming process of deceased individuals who have received the COVID-19 vaccine. She says that these are new findings in bodies since spring 2021 and has never been seen before in all her years in the industry.

Concerns Mr. Marazzo had made about vaccine passports and the negative effects of online-only study were posted to his fellow faculty members who took a stand together in unity against him. He was fired, despite his Union membership. Mr. Marazzo became involved in the Truckers Convoy in Ottawa that lasted 24 days; the goal to end all federal mandates. His bank accounts were frozen and his personal information was shared with banks globally.

Lynn is a nurse with 40 years experience. The last few years of her career were spent in a long term care home. She noted 34 deaths of the 55 patients in one year. This was unprecedented. She reports of the understaffed conditions prior to the pandemic.

Rick Nicholls was the Government Deputy Speaker of the Ontario Legislative Assembly and former MPP for Chatham-Kent-Leamington from 2011 to 2022. He stood tall against the mandates of mandatory vaccines, resulting in his removal from the PC caucus. Rick then sat as an independent until he agreed to join the conservative Ontario Party.

Mr. Paquin runs an “all Canadian wine business” in Japan, and was there when COVID hit. His business endured logistics problems due to disruption in shipping, supply chains, increased cost and inflation measures. The Canadian COVID measures restricting travel robbed him from seeing family and friends since 2019.

Ms. Duke is an office manager. She was her father’s primary caregiver. At the first lockdown in March 2020, she was advised that she could no longer come in and provide this care nor could no longer bring in his dog. She was not permitted to see him again until October 2020.

Remus is a paramedic since 2002, he was working for a district that did not require vaccination. He talks of how his work culture dramatically changed after vaccine mandate rollout. He recalls how the Prime Minister of Canada labelled the “unvaccinated” as misogynists and extremists.
