I’ve been out and about promoting National Grief Awareness Day which is next week, 8/30/22. And I have literally been met with this response 100 PERCENT OF THE TIME: “I didn’t know there was a National Grief Awareness Day….”

And that, my friends, is the problem!!

How can people acknowledge a day they don’t even know exists?? It’s not on calendars. Or billboards. There aren’t commercials or advertisements. And on and it goes.
