Ella Calverley joins as the very first guest on the Natural Female Muscle Podcast. Ella is an Online Coach, A Posing Coach, a Natural Bodybuilding Worldwide Athlete and an incredible Competitive Athlete herself.
Ella competed in 2021, where she took the Toned Figure Title at the PCA Midlands, followed by a Top 3 placing at the British Finals.
This was a prep where Ella learned a huge amount from that first experience, through both the highs and the lows.
I hope you enjoy listening to our discussion in this episode.
