We're moving through the friction and combustion of a storm front, and it can be exhausting in the same way extreme weather forces physical and emotional stress upon us. Think, though, of the way rain is something you resist when you're warm and dry but once you get wet it's a kind of mystical play land where the force of nature sets you free. Enter this wavespell like a child who is invigorated by the wild turbulence of weather changes. Be rinsed and feel clean.

9.29.19 - Day 1/13 of the Blue Storm wavespell - Electric Moon 10 *

Blue Storm wavespell suggests an explosive, cathartic, alchemizing blow out of all that has been suppressed under pressure and layers of obfuscation. The storm itself serves to restore direct sunlight. So trust the processes of the next 13 days - personal and cultural - as a way to attain joy, warmth and ease. Any tumultuous upheaval is just the dislodging of anything that restrains our authenticity and dulls our essence. It's a recurring wavespell motif: face challenge in order to be set free.

9.25.19 - Day 10/13 of the White Worldbridger wavespell - Electric Moon 6 *

Not a lot of actual deaths in the White Worldbridger wavespell, as if its truer purpose is to teach us to experience, accept and integrate the little deaths that occur routinely, rhythmically in our everyday life. You may also feel like dying, without any illness that would lead you there. It's the tonality of suicide or homicide coming toward you to set you into a state of accepting that your own mortality is undeniable and inevitable. But it's just a wavespell that is now almost over, reintroducing these themes to your consciousness, keeping you in balance so that death-reverie can surface and exhale its gentle threat once in a while.

9.19.19 - Day 4/13 of the White Worldbridger wavespell - Lunar Moon 28 *

The recent challenges to body and psyche you may be experiencing or expressing could be attributed to the Lunar Moon's last iterations before transitioning to the next Electric Moon of service. Or it could be a personal death walk, both the natural decline of some aspect of self and the egoic resistance to the same. I don't know, just that it gets heavy sometimes in this sector of the Tzolkin, where we encounter a run of wavespells meant to undo our control impulses and redirect us to surrender.

9.15.19 - Day 13/13 of the Red Skywalker wavespell - Lunar Moon 24 *

Finishing touches on the Red Skywalker wavespell which is really over, an incredibly expansive journey both behind us and permanently infused to make us wider in perception and space we occupy on earth. Also winding down the Lunar Moon, only days left to identify challenge in our lives. It's quite a commitment to live a spiritual teaching where for 28-days annually we are forced to sit with discomfort, an unknown destiny, and the process of naming and paying homage to what is hard for us. It brings precious rewards in time of greater strength and evolutionary growth.

Thick in the Lunar Moon, identifying challenge and, if we're lucky, entertained by its clear presence. How are your addictive tendencies and escape plans playing out? The Lunar Moon is asking us to see the hardships and obstacles in our lives, each day, for its entirety. However, the challenges we are discovering have been in place since at least the Magnetic Moon, and are not even intensifying. They're just being identified clearly. The less we react, recoil, refuse/reject such intensity and approach this Moon's hassles with observational curiosity, seeing it as a time of accounting and inventorying, the easier the passage.
