“I danced in LA with Pacifico Dance Company for 14 years before moving down to SD to be with Michael. I grew up realizing I loved creativity and explored it later in life, as I grew up in a conservative home. The exploitation into design, dance, the arts, and performing for others gave me high satisfaction. I felt our performances or "journey" we carried audiences through in an evening performance was a gift to them; the ability to transport others to a different world in a couple of hours. I yearned for more of this so found clever ways of incorporating creativity and design into creating customized policies, procedures, training programs, and healthy workplace cultures.” -Manuel Quintero
