Looking at nature has so much information. Appreciation to Grandmother Pa'Ris'Ha, and our Ancestors. Take time to walk on the Earth, knowing as you do, that your Ancestors are there, the information is there. Have some time, create some space, and know that wherever you are, they are too.

The sun is not only a bowl creating light by interacting with the Earth's magnetic field, but it too is a black hole and is spinning at an almost infinite speed with an incredible density.

As we lift ourselves, we lift a thousand others. And as we look into the world, we influence. Look for beauty.

In terrible situations, always look for beauty in them.

It should be acknowledged that the parents have agreed to be stewards for the care of that young person or child while it's here and not to get between its own purpose in life as these children are not theirs but to our Creator.

If we have a reaction to a situation or we think we've done a mistake, take note that they are "miss takes" and you do a retake. And if you've had a reaction, you can do a "re-action", action it again, every breath is new.
