The Christian walk is an ongoing journey, of learning and growth, each one of us at a different point in that walk. Don't be discouraged at where you are and where others are not. Trust that God is right there walking with you.

Trusting God's leading isn't always easy. When we remember that God is bigger than any problem and that He has our best interest at heart, we can avoid taking matters into our own hands and learning the hard way that God's way is best.

Sometimes people take "being separate from the world" to a place God never intended. Many Christians keep to themselves for a variety of reasons—to preserve their faith, because they don't agree with others' doctrine, or perhaps because it's simply easier. Whatever the reason, God calls us to be a light to the world, not hide it.
