ME as a Therapist!

Naturopathy & Herbalism with Danny O’Rawe

Listen Later

Host Carla chats with Danny O’Rawe (Belfast Herbalist) on Naturopathy & Herbalism. Danny is highly respected in his field and speaks about the body as being an Orchestra, in that all systems are interrelated and we should explore ourselves fully when looking for answers, rather than focus on the problem/illness/disease/condition etc.

In this episode Danny discusses 3 main issues: Menstrual (which is 50% of what comes through his door to treat), Digestive (don’t get him started on the ‘blanket’ term IBS), and the Central Nervous System & Stress.

Danny believes that food should be our medicine, he talks in this episode about how we have lost sight of that over generations and with the growth of the pharmaceutical industry. Grab a note pad & enjoy!

Who is Danny O’Rawe?
