Therapy is not for those we consider "crazy". Do not allow the fear of being labeled to hinder you from feeling better. You do not have to go with the first therapist you find. It is ok to ask questions to those you know have been to therapy and to the therapist you may find. Speak with few, read reviews, get a sense of who the person is, and if they're a good fit for you. Mental health care is healthcare. The same way you take care of your physical body, you should take care of your mind as well. Be open to the experience. It may be uncomfortable to an extent, but try to remember that it is for the betterment of yourself.
