Natalie is a Fellow and Faculty Member of the Family Firm Institute, serves on the Education Development Committee of the Purposeful Planning Institute, and is Director of Research and Development at Aspen Family Business Group. She is also a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a Master Neuroplastician specializing in Conversational Intelligence.
Her expertise includes family dynamics, conflict resolution, governance, leadership development, mediation, systems theory, team effectiveness, executive coaching, and transformational change. Natalie is currently completing her Ph.D. in Applied Psychophysiology at Saybrook University.
