Cindy Burns became a grief coach after her husband of 33 years lost his battle with lung cancer on August 2, 2011. It took her seven years and a bout of depression to realize that she needed a new purpose. She found it, and in doing so, she knew that she needed to help others in similar situations, navigating the maze of grief. 

When she isn’t working, I can often be found testing out new software or doing jigsaw puzzles while listening to cozy mystery audiobooks. She enjoys being surrounded by her favorite things including her six adult sons and three grandchildren, the Wizard of Oz, the color purple, and dragons.
