We hurt, we go through pain, we fill many emotions but we choose to keep it inside instead of us really expressing how we fill. Vulnerability is so important because it frees us from all the pain and allows God to intervene in our situation. Therefore we need to come to a place of vulnerability with a God and with people around us.

There so many lies that we believe as truth. These lies turn into insecurities and hinder us from walking in our in our real identity. However the word of God is our truth. If we learn to walk in the truth found in his word then we can be everything we are called to be.

On this episode I just talked about different things bring out the importance of seeking God, having self love, being graceful to other and so much more

We go through dark times and feel alone. He try to work things out on our own but are limited. We are broken and many times stay in our broken places, but we don't have to because God is will to meet us there. God is willing to help us come our of those broken places but we have to allow him to help us.

As we experience growth and learn new things we gain independence and use this Independence to build a wall between our relationship with God. In this episode we discussed the importance of going back to that child like posture and loving him from that place ❤

We desire many things. Cars, clothes, money, healing, strength etc but we try to get all this on our own and blame God when it does not work out. Question is did you ask God. As the bible says 'you have not because you ask not'. So we have to learn to ask him before we try to do it on our own

We want be to see us, accept us and validate us but human beings only see the outward appearance but God sees the heart. He sees you for who you really are. So you do not need to strive to be seen by people.

We are broken and hurt in many ways. We feel ashamed, angry and alone. And so we his the pain and keep it in the dark. However when we learn that if we bring our stories out to the light we are inviting God. In the light he can heal us and teach us to walk in our truth if we seek him with all our hearts.

There is so much uncertainty that exists in this world, therefore we need put learn to put our trust in God. Unlike us God does not have attitudes or drama or distractions. He wants us to trust him so we can be all he has called us to be🙌
