What is EPIC? EPIC (Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage) is a New York State pharmacy assistance program offered strictly as a benefit in the state of New York to those 65 and older. There are certain requirements to get EPIC and many benefits you get by having EPIC. There are more than 320 thousand income eligible seniors age 65 and older who qualify to supplement their out of pocket Medicare Part D costs by having EPIC.
