This week I explore my personal bouts with mental health, addiction and how I still struggle with these set backs in day to day life. For me it isn't so much about feeling down but more what I do with myself when I feel down and what I do to bring myself out of that hole. (It can be an art at times)

By no means am I telling you in this episode what to do or how to think. The last thing I want to do is offend anybody struggling themselves. However I hope for those going through mental health issues or addiction that they can pull something from this podcast to better their own life. 

Getting yourself better is a process. So do the work and reap the rewards.
