As the S&P 500 (SPX) and Nasdaq-100 (NDX) see their first down week in months, one investor believes we're still in the early stages of a bubble, similar to 1997's dotcom era. Joe Hegener joins Nicole Petallides to map out his case saying the only thing that could burst this bubble is a Fed rate hike, which he doesn't see happening soon. Instead, he expects the bubble to be fueled by potential rate cuts and fiscal stimulus. Joe's bullish on tech and A.I. in the short term but warns of a potential 20% drawdown and recommends a diversified portfolio with exposure to healthcare, cybersecurity, and biotech.
