Brittny is joined by Jenny Tucker to discuss the motherhood journey. Jenny has a Masters in Counseling, is a registered yoga teacher and school counselor, and has experience in crisis response and victim witness advocacy. Her most recent passion is supporting new moms which she does through The Centerline Community - a support community that Jenny founded that offers support, education, and connection for expecting and new moms.

Jenny has a 1.5 year old son named Bowen and a baby girl due in November and lives in Santa Barbara with her husband Ben and dog Ernie.
