Hi there, my name is Stephanie McKinney CEO and Founder of River VC and Host of Navigating the Waters the show designed to take the mystery out of investment and empower female founders and investors to Navigate the Waters of the investment world.

Many founders are often unsure of what type of investment offer to accept when fundraising, but with a little knowledge of convertible instruments, it can make the decision much easier.
