Learning to listen to your heart and soul can be tricky at first, especially when there are layers of dense energies blocking the communication. These dense energies are the traumas, faulty beliefs, unprocessed energies trapped in our energy bodies. They do not allow free flow of our soul energy. Even with practice these energies can make it difficult to know the next step. But by constantly reassessing how you are feeling and what is being experienced in the outer world, this can guide you to change course when needed.

This has been my experience recently. ‘Thinking’ I was listening to my heart and soul, but when the inner and our resistance persisted despite my tuning into it and allowing it. I finally ‘saw’ that an old pattern was still unconsciously taking over. Now I ‘saw’ it, it was no longer unconscious…but I am surrendering my control and allowing my soul, Higher Self and Source energy to lead me in the optimal direction for me. My pattern is a bit uneasy about this, but I am allowing that part to speak and be heard and felt. Then I decide to surrender some more…let’s see where this new mysterious path leads me….it must be the right way, as I have no idea where I am going and there is not a path already forged ahead of me.
