16 years in the British Military and serving as a Warrant Officer, Chris has seen a lot of the world, gained new perspectives, and found meaning and purpose in his life. His interest in combat sports, MMA, boxing, bare knuckle boxing, and more is always an interested and entertaining conversation but I picked his mind about mental health issues he has seen from PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I specifically got to chat with him how the military deals with these issues in the UK, and how he helps people overcome their struggles.
