Hello Beautiful!

Okay, we all have bad days.  Its all part of the human experience.  Sometimes though these days can lead us to start feeling bad about our bodies.

Today I share with you some ways you can practice becoming more immune to bad body days and start facing challenges with ease without putting the shame on your body!

  • Acknowledge that the feeling is only temporary.  Going back to last weeks episode validating yourself through these feelings of discomfort.
  • Get curious about what else might be going on. What is going on in my life to make me feel this way?
  • Find a positive mantra you can turn to when you feel discomfort in your body.
  • Avoid body checking behaviors 
  • honor your Anger.
