After fighting back in the second half to tie the game up with 1:29 remaining, a critical turnover by NC State, dunk by Jalen Washington and a block by Washington led to a 63-61 loss for the Pack. ANNAPOLIS, MD. -- Just when it appeared NC State would win its fourth straight over ECU and finally snap a four-game losing streak in bowl games, the Wolfpack fumbled the bag.
