The National Council of the Blind for Ireland have launched a 'Clear The Pathways' campaign to raise awareness of the problems faced by blind people or those with sight impairment when they are out on the streets of our towns and villages. Seamus Duke has been speaking to Kevin Kelly the NCBI about the campaign and the problems facing service users.
